A LOT of blood sweat and tears went into making th A LOT of blood sweat and tears went into making this dream happen… we feel so blessed to finally be here!

When we bought this house all four of our kids were living at home, now it’s a forever home for the 4 of us (and Bliss!)

What we are most excited about is all the space for our family to come and stay… a place for fun, laughter and getting together with everyone we love.

Housewarming party soon 🥂
I promised I’d be back this week and I am so exc I promised I’d be back this week and I am so excited to share what I’ve been up to.

The first few weeks of our brand new pro-level coaching programme, Next Level Launch Manager, have been amazing. We have some incredible humans joining us on this journey.

One of our lovely students told me…

“I went through a launch manager program previously and felt like everything was a secret… I felt like I couldn’t ask enough questions. You answer my questions so fully and I really feel like you want me to have success that doesn't make me dependent on you... which makes me want to work with you even more!”

I don’t believe in one launch style, one way of doing things or that one person is the source of all things launch-knowledge 😂 and its because of that belief I share so freely.

We’re creating a new breed of strategic launch managers who not only know their launch-stuff, but that think on a completely different level.

That’s why its called NEXT LEVEL LAUNCH MANAGEMENT!

I’d love you to join me in celebrating our future launch managers, I just KNOW they’re going to achieve amazing things.

More great news to come friends…
Unpopular opinion - I don’t like mother’s day Unpopular opinion - I don’t like mother’s day 😂

So in contrary to all the heart-warming, gushing posts of today this one is to let you know that if you struggle with today, I see you.

My children know it’s not my favourite so we aren’t celebrating it, even though they still shower me with gifts, my favourite coffee and a cheeky mimosa for breakfast.

So today I’m celebrating my children instead and sending my 18 year old self the biggest pat on the back. You did good Laura, you did really good.
it's been a crazy season in my life - juggling ALL it's been a crazy season in my life - juggling ALL THE THINGS.

Business, blending our family, clients, my community... somehow finding time for myself and Marc.

Throw into the mix moving to a new town, finding our new home, a pandemic and life's normal challenges - like all of you, its felt hard.

Needless to say it's been exhausting.

So exhausting that I flew 5,000 miles to San Diego for a week long trip... stayed for 36 hours and flew home. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have just wanted to be in my own bubble.

So I retreated for a while, but I'm feeling almost ready to come back!

It's ok to protect your energy, prioritise yourself and do the bare minimum when you need to.

You can't pour from an empty cup - especially with a business you're scaling, 2 teens, 2 stepkids and a community of people who need you.

Life isn't always easy.

And as much as I focus on the joy... it's not always joyful either

But if you know me at all, you know I always bounce back.. and even stronger and better than before!

And whilst you're here... thank you for being in my DM's with all the support and love.

I've got so much good news to share with you all in the coming days too - even though I've been quiet, I've been working on some amazing things behind the scenes.
Don’t stop your launch, but do use your platform Don’t stop your launch, but do use your platform / profit to help!

I’m getting a lot of questions from people in Europe right now asking if they should stop their launches or promotional activities because of what’s happening in the Ukraine.

I feel so anxious about the world we live in right now, and I worry so much for what’s happening around us. As if we haven’t had enough to carry in recent years, then war hits Europe.

I try and remember that all I can do in these times is work on what I have control of - where my time and energy goes. Otherwise I find myself in a spiral and I can’t get myself out of easily.

So whilst it’s not really business as usual, I do try and keep going and do what I can in my own small way.

Here’s what we do when crises like this feel heavy:

❤️ We talk about it as a team / family to make sure everyone is on the same page, understand the emotions that are there and decide what we will do to help.

❤️ I check in with my clients to make sure that the work we’re doing together is done sensitively and in alignment with their values.

❤️ I check in my community to ensure that people who are affected aren’t slipping through the cracks.

❤️ I show my solidarity publicly to create conversations and show what we’re doing.

Most importantly, we use our profit to help.

Today we’ve donated to @britishredcross because they get people on the ground in situations like this, and have been supporting humanitarian crises for over 150 years.

Turn your helplessness into action. We ALL have the ability to help, even in the smallest of ways.
If you’re the business owner you should not be m If you’re the business owner you should not be managing your own launch.

Till now you’ve doing all the things, wearing many hats and you’ve had a lot of success with that approach.

But if you really want to scale your launches you’re going to have to let go of being the launch manager and step into being launch leader.

There’s such a huge difference in those two roles.

In a nutshell…

Launch leadership is about marrying your company vision with launch strategy, being the face of your launch and leading the team.

Launch management is about seamlessly delivering the launch, being accountable for tasks / team and ensuring metrics are being hit and challenges resolved.

Launch management is about putting the launch leader into a position of strength to do what they do best.

But I see way too many entrepreneurs straddling both roles because they…

a) Think no one can do it better than them
b) Believe that great launch managers are expensive external contractors
c) Think letting go will result in a poorer result

But none of these are true.

a) A great launch manager will definitely be able to manage better than you! There’s a reason you’re the business owner, and its not because of your ability to manage… its because of how you lead.

b) The best launch managers are trained up within your team and are typically integrators, project managers, marketing managers or assistants… you don’t need to outsource this to an expert contractor. (You just need to hire an expert to train them!)

c) Actually letting go gets an even better result.

So what do you need to do to make this move?

1. Be willing to let go
2. Identify who can step into that role
3. Train them on managing launches

And my friends… that’s where I come in :)

On Tuesday 22nd Feb I’m hosting a masterclass on building a next-level launch team - and I want to show you how easy this can be.

Weekend vibes 😍 ok I may not be in Antigua but Weekend vibes 😍 ok I may not be in Antigua but this weekend I am prioritising rest as if was on holiday.

I’ve been struggling to get any rest time recently and feeling totally frazzled. It’s been a tough season.

Finally got a weekend off and I’m committing to all the types of rest I need (physical, emotional, creative, spiritual, mental)

I’m learning that sleep is not the same thing as rest and I think that’s where lots of other people go wrong too.

If you think 8 hours sleep is going to enable you to hustle 7 days a week, then you’re on your way to burnout.

Admittedly I’m better at giving this advice than taking it 🤣

With that… I’m turning my phone off, getting cosy and spending some time with my @drjoedispenza meditations 😍

Happy restful weekend lovelies ❤️
Over the past couple of years I’ve worked with l Over the past couple of years I’ve worked with launch strategists, launch coaches, coaches who teach an element of launches, business mentors who teach launch strategy, webinar pro’s and the best of the best.

Hiring a launch manager / strategist when you’re dubbed a “queen / king of launches” doesn’t make you less of one, it makes you smart because you found a wing-woman.

Truth is there’s not a magic bullet when it comes to launch success, and probably 100 things you haven’t even thought of.

You’re probably leaking money out of your launches and you don’t even know about it.

And if you had 2/3 of the systems I put into place in launches, you’d know exactly why you’re still putting too much into ads.

The only reason I know these strategies is because I’ve worked on so many launches.

Most wildly successful launchers have only worked on their own.

You want to be even more badass than you already are then you should try collaborating with a launch specialist.

Because this launch game is changing faster than I’ve ever seen!!
